Our Professionals - Tarley Stevenson


Tarley G. Stevenson is a registered patent attorney licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and admitted in New York State.  Prior to joining The Crossley Patent Law Office, Ms. Stevenson worked for over four years as an Associate and Investigator in the New York City and Dallas offices of Bickel & Brewer, a national commercial litigation firm specializing in high-stakes advocacy.  During this time, Ms. Stevenson was involved in the representation of clients in cases involving patent infringement, trademark, trade secret, hospitality, and environmental disputes.

Ms. Stevenson obtained her bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Northwestern University and her J.D., summa cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University.  Ms. Stevenson was a recipient of Albany Law School's Dean's Scholarship and the John B. Lurie '20 Memorial Prize, a single award presented upon graduation to a third-year law student who has demonstrated academic merit and professional promise.  While attending Albany Law School, Ms. Stevenson was a member of the Albany Law Review.

Ms. Stevenson is currently a member of the National Association of Patent Practitioners, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Honorary Legal Society of Justinian.  Ms. Stevenson is also serving an appointment as a committee member on the New York State Bar Association's President's Committee on Access to Justice and the Committee on Leadership Development.
